Birla Group of Companies) managing Pan Asia Litigations of the group relating to Birla Tyre, Birla Cement, Birla Rayon and Birla Group Schools and for a short span was retained as Head Legal by Vedanta Resources Plc. in Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL) (formerly known as Sesa Sterlite Limited/Sesa Goa Limited), implementing the largest 1980 (3×660) MW Greenfield Power Project in Punjab, India.
