Mr. Devvrat is a publicly spirited lawyer, with over eighteen years of post-qualified experience in Arbitration, Mediation and Litigation practice. An Advocate-On-Record (AOR) in the Supreme Court of India. He has appeared independently in over seven hundred cases before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various other courts and commissions in New Delhi and across India. Private clientele has included several education institutions and universities, private companies, private firms and independent business houses.

With extensive expertise in drafting suits and petitions, argumentation as lead counsel, public interest litigation (Supreme Court), arbitration matters for Arbitral Tribunals, he is also a certified mediator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and has successfully mediated several cases covering various commercial, business and personal law disputes among business entities and private persons.

Formerly associated with Late Shri T.R. Andhyarujina, Senior Advocate and Former Solicitor General of India and he has also had the opportunity of working in numerous matters of national importance in the areas of constitutional law, administrative and corporate law in the Supreme Court of India along with a healthy practice in the Delhi High Court and various other special courts, commissions and tribunals.

With a rich profile in litigation practice, Devvrat has represented government and governmental organizations in numerous adjudication proceedings as the Standing Counsel for Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), Counsel for Bank of India and Canara Bank and as Counsel for Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation (DFCC) of India. He has also been a Senior Central Government Counsel – Delhi High Court, Counsel of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) and served as a Central Government Counsel in the Supreme Court of India among others.
