Ritesh entered legal profession to serve society’s downtrodden and those who have missed reach of justice. He had developed passion for law and its ways to render justice, which was further fueled when he entered in civil world. He graduated from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and chose field of labour laws and service matters to practice.  He practices in Armed Forces Tribunals, Central Administrative Tribunals & Punjab & Haryana High Court. Being ex-serviceman, he knows intricacies and procedures of Military including para-military, whose knowledge becomes essential while conducting matters of defence personnel. He also works in fields of Banking and Insurance Laws, Educational Laws, Administrative Laws and Criminal Law.
